FAQS

Don't see your question listed? We'd love to chat - book a FREE discovery call and see if our services are right for you

How effective is online care for neurologic conditions?

Research shows that virtual neurologic rehab can be just as effective as in-person care for most patients. It’s convenient, accessible, and allows for consistent progress no matter where you live. Over 60% of concussion rehab programs now include virtual care as part of their treatment model - with high patient satisfaction and outcomes. (Source: Journal of Head Trauma Rehabilitation, 2023)

What equipment would I need at home to be able to complete this program?

All recommended tools for completion of exercises will be provided for you in the form of printables. You'll need computer access for attending our virtual sessions, use of video instructions, and the ability to print necessary materials.

How do I know if I am a good fit for this program, for it to work for me?

Booking a discovery call will allow me to assess your current status and potential recovery trajectory, to see if virtual care would be right for you. If it is, we can schedule a thorough assessment follow up call to assess your specific concerns, obtain all baseline measures, and allow for outlining a roadmap for your recovery and meeting all of your functional goals.

What makes NeuroPathways’ online program different from traditional therapy or generic exercise videos?

Unlike generic exercise plans, your program is 100% customized to your symptoms, goals, and daily routine. You’ll receive direct 1:1 support from me, a Board-Certified Neurologic Physical Therapist, with ongoing progress tracking, unlimited communication and messaging, and weekly updates - or more if needed. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all video program—it’s an interactive partnership in your recovery.

Is this the same as Physical Therapy?

While I am a licensed physical therapist, my online program is structured as coaching—focusing on education, customized exercise programming, and self-management strategies. I always recommend maintaining your other local medical team as needed, and I can collaborate with your providers if you wish.

Do you accept insurance or offer payment plans?

Coaching programs are private pay only, which allows me to provide flexible, individualized care without the restrictions of insurance. Payment plans are sometimes an option, and many clients use HSA/FSA funds.
