Meet Our Team

Dr. Arryn Gamble, PT, DPT, NCS, MSCS

Dr. Arryn Gamble is a board-certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist (NCS) with a passion for helping individuals regain confidence and independence following neurologic injury or disease. She is LSVT BIG® and PWR!Moves® Certified for Parkinson's disease rehabilitation and has advanced certification in vestibular rehabilitation and concussion management. Dr. Gamble is also a Board-Certified Multiple Sclerosis Specialist (MSCS) and a Certified Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist (CSRS). In addition to neurologic rehabilitation, she enjoys treating neck and shoulder conditions through a combination of exercise, manual therapy, and dry needling.

Dr. Gamble believes that every patient deserves individualized care built around their goals, not a one-size-fits-all treatment plan. Her goal is to empower each person with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to continue making progress both inside and outside the clinic.

In addition to treating patients, Dr. Gamble serves as an adjunct professor in a Doctor of Physical Therapy program, where she teaches courses including Clinical Neuroscience and Anatomy. She is passionate about community education and advocacy through her volunteer work with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and enjoys creating educational resources that help make neurologic rehabilitation more accessible to people around the world. Arryn enjoys spending time with her family, staying active through strength training and yoga, and traveling.

Jennifer Yoo, PTA

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from East Carolina University before pursuing her passion for helping others through physical therapy. She completed her Physical Therapist Assistant degree at Kapi'olani Community College in Honolulu, Hawaii, and has continued to expand her clinical expertise through advanced specialty training.

Jennifer is LSVT BIG® Certified, providing evidence-based treatment for individuals living with Parkinson's disease. She is also a Certified Orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant Specialist through Evidence In Motion (EIM), is certified in the Barbell Rehab Method, and has completed the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) certification. These advanced certifications allow her to evaluate movement patterns and provide individualized, evidence-based care for a wide range of ortho & neurologic conditions.

Jennifer is passionate about helping people move with greater confidence, strength, and independence. She creates a welcoming, encouraging environment where patients feel supported, challenged, and empowered throughout their rehabilitation. She values building meaningful relationships and helping each person achieve goals that make everyday life easier and more enjoyable.

Outside the clinic, Jennifer enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling with her husband, staying active, reading, and learning about different cultures. She loves meeting people from all walks of life and believes there is always something new to learn from every patient she works with.

How We Help You Recover

There are two ways to work together, depending on your needs, location, and goals. Both options are grounded in evidence-based neurologic Physical Therapy and designed to support long-term function, confidence, and quality of life.

In-Person Neurologic Physical Therapy (Fayetteville, NC)

For individuals seeking hands-on care, we provide in-person neurologic physical therapy at our Fayetteville, North Carolina clinic. This option is ideal for people recovering from stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, balance and gait disorders, dizziness, vertigo, and other neurologic conditions who benefit from direct assessment, skilled cueing, and in-clinic equipment.

In-person neuro rehab allows for detailed movement analysis, balance and gait training, vestibular therapy, and progressive functional practice in a supportive, 1:1 setting. Care is individualized, goal-driven, and focused on helping you move better, feel steadier, and return to the activities that matter most to you.

Virtual Neuro Wellness Coaching

For those who need flexibility or specialized expertise beyond their local options, we also offer virtual wellness coaching. This service provides personalized guidance for individuals managing neurologic symptoms, balance concerns, dizziness, and chronic movement limitations, all from the comfort of home.

Virtual coaching combines education, movement strategy training, customized exercise programming, accountability, and ongoing support without the barriers of travel or limited access to neurologic specialists. It is designed for individuals who may have already been medically evaluated, completed—or do not currently require—skilled rehabilitation, and are looking for expert guidance to continue progressing independently, maintain long-term wellness, or build confidence with a personalized exercise plan.

Because this is a wellness service rather than skilled physical therapy, it does not include hands-on treatment or replace medically necessary rehabilitation. Instead, it is ideal for those who are safe to exercise independently but value ongoing coaching, expert feedback, and individualized programming to help them stay active and achieve their goals.
