We address all components of complex symptoms associated with concussion/mild-moderate brain injury - including dizziness, headache, neck pain, difficulty with eye movements and vision, cognition, and building back your tolerance to exertion with daily activities. An individualized approach helps to get you back to conquering life's demands without the symptoms.
With MS, energy levels and mobility can change from day to day. I help you build consistency through strategies that improve strength, balance, manage fatigue, and make movement feel more accessible, no matter where you are in your journey. To conquer MS, we'll want to establish you a long-term program that you can stick to, so we can slow down the progression.
Movement with Parkinson’s can feel rigid, unsteady, or slow, but targeted training makes a huge difference. I focus on rhythm, amplitude and speed of movement, posture, and coordination to help you move more freely and maintain confidence in daily activities. With use of targeting, personalized cueing strategies, and focus on function, we get you moving more normally.
After a stroke, every person’s recovery path looks different. I emphasize restoring strength and function while also retraining balance and mobility, so you can regain independence in the areas that matter most to you. With the right intensity, consistency, and customized focus on meaningful activities, we can help optimize your function.
Reduce or eliminate various causes of dizziness and imbalance such as positional vertigo, vestibular migraine, Meniere's Disease and other causes of hypofunction, and PPPD. Your program will be customized to your particular needs to address your specific type of dizziness, while meeting you where you currently are.
Unsteadiness and fear of falling can limit your life more than they need to. I'll work with you to improve stability and confidence, and teach practical strategies so that you can move safely and keep doing the things you enjoy without the fear and anxiety around potential falls. We will thoroughly assess the somatosensory, vestibular, & visual systems to help restore your balance function.

Research shows that virtual neurologic rehab can be just as effective as in-person care for most patients. It’s convenient, accessible, and allows for consistent progress no matter where you live. Over 60% of concussion rehab programs now include virtual care as part of their treatment model - with high patient satisfaction and outcomes. (Source: Journal of Head Trauma Rehabilitation, 2023)
All recommended tools for completion of exercises will be provided for you in the form of printables. You'll need computer access for attending our virtual sessions, use of video instructions, and the ability to print necessary materials.
Booking a discovery call will allow me to assess your current status and potential recovery trajectory, to see if virtual care would be right for you. If it is, we can schedule a thorough assessment follow up call to assess your specific concerns, obtain all baseline measures, and allow for outlining a roadmap for your recovery and meeting all of your functional goals.
