and brain's innate healing potential and
promote total well-being.
At NeuroPathways Rehab & Wellness, we believe neurologic recovery deserves more than generic exercises and rushed appointments. We provide 1:1 expert, evidence-based care for people living with stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, concussion and brain injury, dizziness and vertigo, balance problems, neuropathy, and other neurologic conditions that interfere with daily life.
Many of the people we serve have been told they "should be better by now," have plateaued in traditional therapy, or are unsure where to turn next. Our mission is to provide highly skilled, personalized care that meets you where you are and helps you move forward with confidence.
NeuroPathways offers two ways to receive care:
• In-person neurologic physical therapy in Fayetteville, North Carolina
• 1:1 online neuro wellness coaching available nationwide
Whether you are seen in the clinic or online, your care is built around your unique symptoms, goals, and lifestyle. We take a whole-nervous-system approach rooted in neuroplasticity, movement science, and real-life function. Every plan is individualized, adaptable, and designed to help you make meaningful progress, even when recovery feels complicated.
This is more than a treatment plan. It is a partnership. At NeuroPathways, you will receive expert guidance, ongoing support, and a provider that is invested in helping you rebuild confidence, restore independence, and return to the things that matter most.

Our Vision
We envision a world where individuals are empowered to take control of their health,

Our Mission
We aim to be a trusted partner in our patients' pursuit of a vibrant and pain-free life.

We address all components of complex symptoms associated with concussion/mild-moderate brain injury - including dizziness, headache, neck pain, difficulty with eye movements and vision, cognition, and building back your tolerance to exertion with daily activities. An individualized approach helps to get you back to conquering life's demands without the symptoms.
With MS, energy levels and mobility can change from day to day. I help you build consistency through strategies that improve strength, balance, manage fatigue, and make movement feel more accessible, no matter where you are in your journey. To conquer MS, we'll want to establish you a long-term program that you can stick to, so we can slow down the progression.
Movement with Parkinson’s can feel rigid, unsteady, or slow, but targeted training makes a huge difference. I focus on rhythm, amplitude and speed of movement, posture, and coordination to help you move more freely and maintain confidence in daily activities. With use of targeting, personalized cueing strategies, and focus on function, we get you moving more normally.
After a stroke, every person’s recovery path looks different. I emphasize restoring strength and function while also retraining balance and mobility, so you can regain independence in the areas that matter most to you. With the right intensity, consistency, and customized focus on meaningful activities, we can help optimize your function.
Reduce or eliminate various causes of dizziness and imbalance such as positional vertigo, vestibular migraine, Meniere's Disease and other causes of hypofunction, and PPPD. Your program will be customized to your particular needs to address your specific type of dizziness, while meeting you where you currently are.
Unsteadiness and fear of falling can limit your life more than they need to. I'll work with you to improve stability and confidence, and teach practical strategies so that you can move safely and keep doing the things you enjoy without the fear and anxiety around potential falls. We will thoroughly assess the somatosensory, vestibular, & visual systems to help restore your balance function.

"After approximately 3 months of vertigo and two months of minimally efective physical therapy, I was referred to Dr. Gamble . Frankly, I didn't have much faith in therapy helping at this point but I was very pleasantly surprised. Between her therapy sessions in the office and the strategies she sent me home to practice, I began to feel more stable with walking as well as less brain fog within two weeks. I would highly recommend her."

"I’m so grateful for Arryn. Having complex migraines with vestibular issues can be a real challenge. She works to understand the complexity of the nervous system and she was able to help me minimize my body’s overreaction."

"I have been a Patient with this clinic for about 4 months and have found the care and attention to details of my treatment to be class "A" number 1 excellent. My Balance has improved greatly in a short period of time. If you have medical conditions that affect your balance like just standing on a little uneven ground, I would highly recommend this clinic as a place to start.. "

"I can’t recommend Neuropathways enough, especially Dr. Arryn Gamble! I worked with her for over two months, and the progress I made was incredible.
When I started therapy, I was dealing with neck issues and persistent paresthesias. Arryn was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to really listen to my concerns. She developed a treatment plan that helped strengthen my neck while addressing my symptoms, and she always explained the purpose behind the exercises and techniques she used."

"Dr. Gamble is amazing! I was searching for a Physical Therapist who specialized in MS, and after years of working with others, her knowledge and understanding brought me a long way. Her empathy and compassion for her patients is heartwarming. Her sense of humor and her ability to make challenging interactions fun and motivating is the best part for someone like me with MS. She’s small but she’s MIGHTY! Five stars is definitely not enough."

"I had a stroke in November and was in full panic mode—my arm wasn’t working, my hand was closed, and I was struggling to walk. Outpatient therapy wasn’t enough, and I felt lost trying to recover at home.
Finding Dr. Arryn changed everything. She created a personalized rehab plan, explains the “why” behind each step, and truly cares about your progress. She checks in regularly and makes sure you’re doing things correctly.
I’m steadily improving and credit that to her coaching. I would feel completely lost without her guidance—highly recommend."
